Registration Information

Junior & Senior Camps

Deposit: $75.00 (nonrefundable and payable in order to register)
Transportation: $25.00 (round-trip from Detroit or Chicago)
Balance: $200 (due two weeks prior to attending camp)
Camp Cost: $300.00
Camp store and snacks: $20.00 (suggested amount)
The camp fees include transportation, insurance, meals, lodging, and all off-property activities.

HOW TO REGISTER

  1. Fill out the Camper Registration Form (three steps)
  2. Mail it with the $75.00 money order payable to “Circle Y” for each week you plan to attend camp. You can register and make payments online at: www.circleyranch.com

    Deposit may be transferred, but is not refundable.

  3. The Camp Registrar will confirm acceptance of your registration from by mail and will forward a health history form and child release form.
  4. All items listed in #3 must be completed and accompany the balance due two weeks prior to your child’s first day of camp.

All funds must be paid by certified check or money order.

Important Information

Parents are responsible for special medical care costs due to prior medical conditions. Campers must bring with them to camp all prescribed and non-prescribed medications that the campers are taking. All medications will be turned in to the Health Officer and will be dispensed at the prescribed and directed times. All unused portions will be returned to the camper prior to returning home.
